Ingredients

  • 4 large sheets lavash bread or any flatbread you prefer
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast or deli meat of your choice
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese, depending on preference
  • 1 cup butter lettuce or any leafy greens you love
  • Optional veggies: tomato slices bell pepper, carrot, or cucumber matchsticks
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until everything is well-blended and smooth.
  • Spread the Greek yogurt ranch mixture evenly across each sheet of lavash bread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Layer the turkey breast slices over the yogurt mixture, followed by two slices of cheese on each lavash sheet.
  • Add a few leaves of butter lettuce on top, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
  • From one edge, carefully roll up each sheet of lavash bread into a tight log.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Arrange your pinwheels on a platter, and they’re ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Bread: No lavash? No worries! You can swap it for flatbread, whole wheat tortillas, flour tortillas, or even large spinach wraps.
  • Cheese: Choose your favorite cheese! American, Swiss, or provolone work great. If you prefer, you can use reduced-fat cheese options too.
  • Butter Lettuce: If butter lettuce isn’t your thing, feel free to use baby spinach or crisp romaine for a nice crunch.
  • Meat Options: Mix it up by using deli chicken, ham, roast beef, or even salami for a different flavor twist.
  • Dairy-Free Version: Want it dairy-free? Opt for a dairy-free yogurt and swap the cream cheese with a plant-based cream cheese alternative.
